I don’t see it as a goal, but a reminder to myself to be more aware of my body, my actions, and my intentions. I have a lot of time on my hands and I think that I might be able to set a goal to make my body, my actions, and my intentions more aware.

We tend to focus on the things that are “in our face” to the point where we forget that our actions and responses are usually the most obvious. A lot of times we forget that our body is the most important part of our being, and that the way we react to things is much more important than just looking at a diagram of what we did and trying to figure out if it worked or not.
