Altavera is a new app that I discovered late last year that is both a social and mental health tool. The app aims to help you develop and maintain “self-awareness” throughout your day. Altavera allows users to take a brief self-assessment of their mental health, daily habits, and day-by-day activities with the help of real-time data as well as visualizations and graphs.

Altavera is a lot more than just a tool. It’s a highly intuitive interface that allows users to analyze their overall state of mental health and day-to-day activities. I used it to help me develop my self-awareness, and it really helped me get into the habit of just being kind and helpful to myself.

If you want a tool that will help you develop your awareness of what’s going on in your head, then I’m definitely looking at altavera’s UI for that. I like the fact that it’s intuitive and doesn’t try to make you think about any of the data at all, making it a very engaging and motivating tool.

You can use altaveras to help you work on improving your mental health. It will provide you with a number of personal scores, such as your ability to read emotions, and your ability to recognize the presence of anxiety or boredom.
